2021-22 Season (Senior) - In her fourth and final season as a Bulldog, Mingo appeared in 11 meets over the course of the indoor and outdoor campaigns...Opened her senior campaign by setting a personal-best mark in the shot put (11.39-meters) at the Appalachian Open Indoor Meet in early December...Appeared at the Big South Indoor Track & Field Championships for Asheville where she competed in the 60-meter dash (25th - 8.19) and shot put (21st - 11.01-meters)...Logged a pair of top-10 finishes at the Montreat Invitational (Shot Put - 7th - 10.64-meters and 100-meter dash - 9th - 12.94)...Narrowly missed a podium finish at the Catamount Classic where she helped the Bulldog 4x100-meter relay team place fourth with a time of 48.71...Finished up her Bulldog career at the Big South Outdoor Track & Field Championships...At the Championships, Mingo finished 22nd with a time of 12.70 in the 100-meter dash and helped the 4x100-meter relay team finish seventh (47.81).
2020-21 Season (Junior) - Mingo was back in action for the Bulldogs as the track & field season got under in late February in 2021...Mingo and her teammates gave Asheville an early event victory at the Winthrop Opener where they logged the top time in the 4x100-meter relay with a time of 50.23...Helped Asheville's 4x100m relay team log two more podium finishes in the remainder of the outdoor season...Finished off her junior season at the Big South Outdoor Track & Field Championships...Mingo competed in the 100-meter dash (13th - 12.85) and 4x100-meter relay (6th - 48.80) at the Championships.
2019-20 Season (Sophomore) - Mingo's sophomore campaign was limited to six meets due to the CoVID-19 pandemic...Put together a career-best time in the 60-meter dash at the Buccaneer Track & Field Invitational in late January/early February...Capped her sophomore season at the Big South Indoor Track & Field Championships where she set a new personal-best indoor time in the 200-meter dash with a time of 25.54...Mingo would place 12th in the 200m, and 14th in the 60-meter dash.
2018-19 Season (Freshman) - As a freshman, Mingo appeared in 11 meets for Asheville over the course of the indoor and outdoor seasons...She made her Bulldog debut at the Appalachian Open Indoor Track Meet in late November/early December where she competed in the 55-meter dash and 4x300-meter relay...She helped her relay team place second on that day with a time of 2:51.65...Competed for Asheville at the 2019 Big South Indoor Track & Field Championships...Individually, placed 15th in the 60-meter dash (7.98) and 13th in the 200-meter dash (25.89)...Closed her freshman campaign at the Big South Outdoor Track & Field Championships where she took part in the 100-meter and 200-meter dashes...Finished 10th in the 100m and 11th in the 200m...In the 4x100m relay, Mingo aided in the time of 47.78, which ranks second all-time in program history during an outdoor season.
Prior to UNC Asheville: Mingo comes to Asheville as a graduate of Cy-Fair High School in Cypress, Texas ... Held school records in 4x100 and 4x200 ... Exemplary Student Leader Award winner ... Member of Academic All-District track team ... Track varsity letterman for four years ... Earned Outstanding Defensive Award at Cy-Fair HS ... Also lettered in basketball.
