The UNC Asheville A Club serves as the official organization for former Bulldog student-athletes. Rooted in the mission of UNC Asheville Athletics—to develop champions in athletics and leaders in life—the club is designed to strengthen lifelong connections to Bulldog Athletics, alumni, and the university community.
Through exclusive alumni reunion events, networking and engagement opportunities, and consistent communication, the A Club keeps former student-athletes connected and actively involved as valued members of the Bulldog family long after their playing careers end.
How to join the A Club:
Built to Grow:
We're launching with a simple, sustainable structure that will continue to expand over time.
Membership Year:
July 1 – June 30 (aligned with the academic year).
Complimentary Membership:
All former Bulldog student-athletes who join during our inaugural year will receive free membership through June 30, 2028. To join, simply fill out and submit this A Club Membership Form and Survey.
Future Graduates:
Beginning next year, graduating student-athletes will receive their first year of membership at no cost.
Future Membership:
After the inaugural period, annual membership will include a modest gift ($50) to support alumni engagement, networking opportunities, Hall of Fame activities, sport-specific alumni events, and other ways to keep Bulldogs connected.

Any Bulldog former student-athlete who earned a degree from UNC Asheville is eligible to join the A Club.

The A Club will organize a variety of events designed to engage alumni across all sports, including:

The A Club provides a structured platform for former Bulldogs to stay connected with teammates, coaches, and the broader athletics community.
Through events, storytelling, and alumni engagement initiatives, members can continue to build relationships, mentor current student-athletes,

Former student-athletes play a vital role in sustaining the success of Bulldog Athletics. There are several ways to stay involved and give back:
- Participate in and help promote Athletics alumni engagement events
- Mentor current student-athletes through the Leaders for Leaders program
- Encourage your former teammates to join the A Club by filling out the A Club Membership Form and Survey.
