2022-23 Season (5th Year) - Nkadi competed in 11 meets for Asheville during the 2022-23 season...Logged a podium finish (3rd) at the Gamecock Opener in mid-January with a time of 2:23.01 in the 800m run...Ran the 800m & competed in the 4x400m relay team for Asheville at the Big South Indoor Track & Field Championships...Individually, Nkadi placed seventh in the 800m with a time of 2:17.67...The 4x400m relay team, meanwhile, finished fifth clocking in at 4:01.27...Picked up another podium finish during the outdoor season by placing third at the Montreat Open with a time of 2:18.81...Closed out her Bulldog career at the Big South Outdoor Track & Field Championships...Placed sixth in the 800m with a career-best time of 2:13.39 and helped Asheville's 4x400m relay team finish fifth with a time of 3:54.31.Â
2021-22 Season (Senior) - Nkadi competed in seven meets for Asheville in 2021-22...Nkadi began the season by finishing as the runner-up in the 800-meter run (2:25.17) at the season-opening Appalachian Open Indoor Meet in early December...Helped Asheville's 4x400m relay team place third (4:09.30) at the Marshall Invitational...Ran in the 800-meter and distance medley relay events for Asheville at the Big South Indoor Track & Field Championships...She placed 13th (2:25.67) in the 800-meter run and she and her teammates finished sixth (12:41.02) in the DMR...Closed out her season at the Big South Outdoor Track & Field Championships where she placed 12th in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:19.22.Â
2020-21 Season (Junior) - Nkadi competed in four meets during the outdoor season in 2021...Set new personal-best times in both the 1500-meter (5:08.96) and the 800-meter (2:17.01)...Competed at the Big South Outdoor Track & Field Championships where she took part in the 800-meter & 4x400-meter relay events...Placed fifth in each event...In the 4x400m relay event, Nkadi and her teammates logged a time fo 3:55.83, which is the fourth-fastest in program history.Â
2019-20 Season (Sophomore) - During her first season with the track & field program, Nkadi competed in six meets...She made her collegiate track & field debut at the Appalachian Open Indoor Meet in early December in 2019...Competed mainly in distance running as well as relay events for the Bulldogs...Set a personal-best time in the one mile run at the ETSU Track & Field Invitational clocking in at 5:54.26...Nkadi helped a variety of relay teams place in the top five throughout the indoor season...One of those performances was at the Buccaneer Track & Field Invitational where she helped the Bulldog 4x400m relay team clock in at 3:55.64, which ranks among the top-five times in program history...Also competed at the Big South Indoor Track & Field Championships in the 800-meter and distance medley relay.
Prior to UNC Asheville - Two-time second champion in cross country...Three-year varsity letterwinner in cross country/track & field...Member of USATF Junior Olympic National All American in 3000-meter and 1500-meter runs.
