2017-18 Season (Freshman) - Evans competed in three meets for the Asheville track & field team during the 2017-18 season...She made her collegiate track & field debut on April 6-7 at the Johnson C. Smith Invitational...Evans finished first in the triple jump (11.31m) and second in the long jump (5.31m) at that meet...Evans followed that performance by placing fourth in the long jump at the Mountaineer Open Track Meet...Evans closed out her season by competing at the Big South Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the long jump and triple jump...The Gainesville, Florida native set new season-best marks in each event with leaps of 5.50-meters and 11.35-meters, respectively.
