2022-23 Season (Sophomore) - Hoefler appeared in five meets for Asheville during the 2022-23 track & field season...Logged a pair of top-10 finishes at the John Weaver Invitational in Boone in the Mile (7th - 4:59.75) and 3000-meter run (6th - 9:57.56)...Ran a career-best time in the 10000-meter run at the Big South Outdoor Track & Field Championships clocking in at 33:42.20...Hoefler's time at the Championships ranked 15th amongst the field.Â
2021-22 Season (Freshman) - In his first season as a Bulldog, Hoefler competed in eight meets...He made his collegiate track & field debut at the Appalachian Open Indoor in early December...In that meet, he finished 13th in the 3000-meter run with a time of 10:02.88...Tallied top-10 finishes at the Keydet Invitational (7th - 5000-meter run - 15:54.65) and Marshall Invitational (10th - 5000-meter run - 15:53.74) with the latter marking his season-best time for the event.
