Alison Graf Wins Gold to Highlight Final Day of Big South Championships

FULL RESULTS
HIGH POINT, N.C. – The UNC Asheville track & field team wrapped up its performance at the 2026 Big South Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships on Wednesday (May 13) and Alison Graf highlighted the final day of competition for the Bulldogs by winning and setting the facility and school record in the 800m.
Both the men's team and the women's team finished in fifth place with the men's team earning 63.5 points and the women earning 37. High Point earned both the men's and women's team championships.
Graf ran the women's 800m in 2:06.16, breaking her school record she set on April 24 by over two seconds and setting the Vert Stadium record as well.
The men's 4x400m relay team of Nkosi Jeju, Jalice Payton, Jeremiah Louis and Shemarr Session earned silver with a school record finish of 3:09.78.
Asheville brought home bronze in the men's and women's 5,000m as Aneta Kucerova finished third in a personal best 17:09.15 and Jan Malek finished third in the men's section with a season's best 14:37.42.
