2017 (Junior): Helped guide UNC Asheville back to the Big South Conference Baseball Championship for the first time since 2012 as the Bulldogs advanced to the semifinal round for the first time since 2007 … Made 23 appearances on the mound for the Bulldogs, including making one start … Went 1-1 on the year in 34.1 innings of work … Struck out 20 batters … Had nine outings of scoreless ball … Earned the start on the road at Charlotte (3/14) … Pitched a season-high 3.0 innings twice … First at home against Tennessee Tech (3/21) as he struck out a season-high three batters … Also pitched three innings on the road at East Tennessee State (5/16), earning the win as he held the Buccaneers to just one hit and one unearned run while striking out two and giving up no walks … Held the No. 3 Tar Heels of North Carolina (5/10) to no runs and just one hit in two innings of work.
