Baseball Drops Series Opener to USC Upstate

ASHEVILLE, N.C. - UNC Asheville dropped its series opener to USC Upstate on Thursday (May 15) at Greenwood Field by a score of 16-0.
Rylen Stockton and Patrick Gillen each had hits for UNC Asheville in the game. Garrett Crum (2-4), Shea Walker and Nic Melton each pitched for the Bulldogs.
The Bulldogs return to Greenwood Field tomorrow (Friday, May 16) for the middle game of the series. First pitch is set for 2:00 p.m. with video and live stats available at www.uncabulldogs.com.
A reminder that admission to all UNC Asheville Baseball games at Greenwood Field is free courtesy of Ingles!
