About the Tournament Field - The tournament will feature plenty of Big South Conference and regional competition. The Bulldogs will compete with USC Upstate, Presbyterian, Longwood, Gardner-Webb and Winthrop out of the Big South, along with regional foes Wofford, Elon, Western Carolina, Queens (N.C.), The Citadel, North Carolina A&T and Georgia Southern. Â
From Head Coach Ross Cash - "We have a quick turnaround getting back Wednesday night and heading out again Sunday," said head coach Ross Cash. "I personally like to ramp up heading into the conference championship, so the App State Mimosa Hills event is a great stepping stone. It's another great field with several teams ranked better than we are currently. The team is playing well, and I expect that will continue. From first glance, Mimosa Hills appears to be a golf course that really suits the things our team is the best at. We are looking forward to it."
