About the Bulldogs - The Bulldogs are coming off a 14th-place finish at Charleston Southern's Rivertowne Intercollegiate back in late February. Madyson Gold leads the Bulldogs and sits 11th in the Big South Conference with a 75.06 scoring average, while Venecia Zaia averages 77.0 and Phoebe Carles averages 77.17. Kayla Benge averages a mark of 77.28, while Ally Kerr also averages 79.0.
About the Tournament Field - The Bulldogs will face a tournament field featuring plenty of conference and regional competition. The Big South Conference will be represented by UNC Asheville, Longwood, Winthrop, Presbyterian, Gardner-Webb, and USC Upstate. Out of the Southern Conference is host Wofford, Samford, UNC Greensboro and The Citadel. The remaining teams in the tournament field are Quinnipiac, Columbia, Richmond, Seton Hall, Western Michigan, Jacksonville, Elon, Appalachian State and USC Beaufort.
