Has enjoyed an excellent career for the Bulldogs in both cross country and track and field...earned all-conference honors in cross country in the fall of 2006 when he finished ninth at Big South meet...has run the 800, 1500, mile, 3K, 5K and 10K during his career...red-shirted in both indoor and outdoor last season.
Before UNC Asheville: Came to UNC Asheville after an excellent junior college career at Central Arizona in Flagstaff...was a member of two national championship cross country squads...was named all-region in cross country and earned All-American honors four times in both cross country and track...went to Holbrook HS in Holbrook, Ariz. and was a high school All-American...helped lead Holbrook to two state championships in cross country
