Overview: Versatile distance runner who runs in the 800, 1500, 1 mile, 3000, and also runs Cross Country for the Bulldogs. Ran 2:36.95 for the 800m and 5:21.13 for the 1500m during the 2008 track season.
Before UNC Asheville: Was team captain of West Stokes Track and Field team for two years...advanced to regional for three straight years...earned a first-place finish at the Taco Bell Invitational...ran the 400, 800 and mile at West Stokes.
