Bio
Overview: Versatile runner who has shown dramatic improvement during his career...was the top runner for the Bulldogs two times during Cross Country and had an 8k best of 26:34. Has emerged to have a solid senior season in track as well running 9:05 for the 3k indoors at the Dick Taylor Invitational (2/13/09), and running 10:04 in the 3000m steeplechase outdoors at the Charlotte 49er Classic (3/21/09)...Also a team captain for Cross Country and Track.
Before UNC Asheville: Attended Mount Tabor HS in Winston-Salem...anchored 4x800 relay team that finished second in state indoor meet and sixth in outdoor meet as a senior...relay team qualified for Nike Indoor Nationals...also lettered in football.
