Overview: Senior Team Captain who can run anything from the 400m to the 10k...25:36 for 8k XC this past fall...had a time of 1:55.25 in the 800m last year to finish 3rd at the Duke Twilight Meet. Finished 7th in the 2008 Big South Conference 800m. Ran a Personal Best of 50.77 in the 400m in 2008, and also runs anchor leg on the 4x400 relay team.
Before UNC Asheville: Led McDowell to two consecutive conference cross country titles and three consecutive track titles...helped lead Titans to fifth-place finish at state cross country meet as a senior and fifth-place mark at state meet in outdoor track...earned all-state honors in 800m Junior year by finishing third in outdoor 4A state meet with time of 1:56.25...won four events at conference meet as a senior...was part of 4x800 relay team that finished third in state meet as a senior...lettered in soccer.
