2009 Cross Country: Enjoyed a strong sophomore campaign as one of Asheville's top runners throughout the year...top 8K time was 26:34 at Charlotte Invitational (10-2)...finished 17th and was the Bulldogs' second runner at Big South Conference Meet (10-31) with time of 27:07.
2008-09: Enjoyed an excellent freshman cross country season as he had the highest Bulldog finish at the Big South Meet with a 15th-place finish and time of 26:51...was Asheville's top finisher at App State with time of 26:38...posted a time of 26:03 at Louisville.
Before UNC Asheville: Was the Ohio Indoor State champion in the 800 meters with a time of 1:56.92...also part of state championship 4 x 800 meter relay team...posted personal best of 1:52.24 in the 800 meters, 4:24.60 in the 1600 meters and 15:39.65 in the 5000 meters.
