Overview: One of two seniors on 2014 roster…has enjoyed solid career and improved each year…should be able to make a run at All-Conference honors this year.

 

2013: Was the Bulldogs top runner at NCAA Regional with time of 32:04 (11-15) over 10K course…finished 12th with time of 26:10 at Mountaineer Open (10-4)…on the same course, two weeks at App State, improved time of 25:51 (10-18)…came in sixth at Asheville Cross Country Carnival as he posted time of 19:17 (9-14).

 

2012: Enjoyed a solid sophomore year and was Asheville’s top runner through most of the season…won the UNC Asheville Invitational (9-29) with a time of 26:02…was the Bulldogs top runner and just missed Big South All-Conference honors at league meet with 15th-place finish and time of 25:39.05 (10-27)…came in 22nd at WCU Invitational with mark of 16:29.36 (8-31).

 

2011: Excellent rookie year as he was the Bulldogs top runner throughout the season…posted a season-best time of 25:53 in 8K at Big South Meet (10-29)…opened college career with solid time of 15:57 at WCU Invitational (9-2)…posted mark of 20:43 (9-16) at Mountaineer Open in 6.1K event.

 

Before UNC Asheville: Came to UNC Asheville from Medina HS in Ohio where he was a high school team of former Bulldog runners’ Sam Maynard and Kent Rankin…placed 25th as a senior at the state meet in Ohio in cross country.
