Asheville opened the fourth quarter on a run to get back within two to force a Tennessee State timeout, before the teams traded buckets into the final minute. Tennessee State led 78-76 with under 30 seconds left, before McCaughan set up an Abigail Wilson three-pointer to give the Bulldogs the 79-78 lead.
