Kenny George to be Featured on ESPN's GameDay

ASHEVILLE, N.C. - UNC Asheville center Kenny George will be featured on ESPN's Gameday Saturday morning. The three-minute segment is scheduled to air at around 11:30 a.m.

A four-person crew spend about seven hours in Asheville last week and interviewed Kenny about his play this year. The crew also interviewed senior guards K.J. Garland and Bryan Smithson plus Bulldog head coach Eddie Biedenbach.

George is Asheville's third leading scorer with a 12.4 average. He leads the nation in field goal percentage at 71.4 percent and is third nationally in blocked shots with a 4.4 average.
