Overview: Transfer from Middle Tennessee State University who made an immediate impact for the Bulldogs in 2006-07...excellent guard who does everything well...worked extremely hard in the off-season and should make a run at all-conference honors this season...one of four seniors on this year’s Bulldog club...started for much of his two years at Middle Tennessee at the point guard spot...excellent three-point shooter...led the Big South Conference in free throw shooting at 85.2 percent.

 

2006-07: Started in 30 of 31 games for the Bulldogs and enjoyed an outstanding season...led UNC Asheville in scoring (14.6)...three-pointers made (43), free throw percentage (85.2%) and steals (60)...scored in double figures in 24 games, including the first 12 games of his Bulldog career...opened his UNC Asheville career in grand style with a career-high 25 points against NAIA power Montreat (11-10)...went 8-of-13 from the field, perfect 7-of-7 from the free throw line and collected six rebounds...had solid game at ACC champion UNC Chapel Hill (12-16) with 20 points...pumped in 23 points at Charlotte (12-4) as he went 10-of-16 from the field and 3-of-4 beyond the arc...tied career high at 25 points late in the season against Radford (2-17) when he went 8-of-13 from the field and perfect 7-of-7 from charity stripe...tallied 21 points in first league game against Liberty (1-6) with 5-of-10 shooting from field and 9-of-9 from free throw line...went 9-of-9 from free throw line in back-to-back games, at Louisville (12-30) and Liberty (1-6)...made 23 straight free throws midway through the season and then 21 straight late in the year...had 23 points, nine rebounds and eight assists in road loss at VMI (2-10)...pumped in 16 points in crucial late-season win at Charleston Southern (2-24) as he knocked down four three-pointers in the first 10 minutes of the game...scored 18 points with five steals and four assists during road win at Furman (12-2)...had solid game against Big South champs against Winthrop at home (2-3) with 20 points...battled on the boards as he grabbed at least five rebounds in 10 different games...was third on the team in rebounding at 3.6 and second in assists with (84).

 

Middle Tennessee State: Lettered two years at Middle Tennessee State where he was a starter at the point guard spot for most of his career there...sophomore year (2004-05) he started in 20 games and was the Blue Raiders' fifth leading scorer with a 6.9 average...led the team in assists (96) and was third in steals (26)...shot a team-high 85.3 percent from the free throw line...led team in scoring with 16 points in victory at New Mexico State...as a freshman, came off the bench against Covenant College in his college debut and then started 28 consecutive games ... was No. 4 in the Sun Belt Conference in assists per game (3.9), and was sixth in assist/turnover ratio (1.43), leading all conference freshmen in both categories ... scored a career-high 22 points and dished out six assists in home win against Wyoming ... his 37 steals were second on the team and rated No. 14 in the Sun Belt ... logged at least 30 minutes in 17 of 29 games played ... scored double figures in 11 games ... scored 10 points and dished out career-high eight assists in first Sun Belt Conference game against Arkansas State

 

 North Cobb HS: Played at North Cobb HS where he holds career scoring record and owns single-game scoring record ... posted two 40-plus point games during his career as he played for coach Terry Gorsuch ... two-time First Team All-Region pick ... was named Honorable Mention All-American by both Street and Smith's and Bob Gibbons All-Star Sports ... chosen to play in Georgia's North vs. South All-Star Game ... selected to play in the Georgia-Florida All-Star Game ... led Georgia's Class 5A in scoring ... averaged 23 points, five rebounds, and four assists per game as a senior ... averaged 21 points and four assists as a junior ... earned Atlanta Tip-off Club Player of the Year as a junior ... Cobb County Tip-off Team of the Month as a junior ... had a three-game total of 105 points during one stretch.
