2019 (Senior): Earned First-Team All-Big South honors, finishing fifth in the conference averaging 2.99 kills per set … Led the team in kills (265), points (323.5), total blocks (66) and solo blocks (19) … Also finished third with 247 digs … Recorded 12 kills on a career-best .500 hitting percentage in a sweep of Charleston Southern (11/1) … Followed that up with career-bests in kills (23) and digs (19) in a five-set comeback victory against Presbyterian (11/2) to earn Big South Player of the Week recognition … Notched 20 kills on a .500 hitting percentage in the very next match against Gardner-Webb … Ended the year with five double-doubles, 13 matches with double-figure kills and 11 matches with double-digit digs … After combining for 31 digs and 14 total blocks (4 solo) against South Carolina State (9/10), Georgia Southern (9/13) and Southern Miss (9/14), earned nod as Big South Defensive Player of the Week, becoming the only player in 2019 to be named the league’s Player and Defensive Player of the Week … Blocked six total shots on three different occasions: against Eastern Kentucky (9/6), at Georgia Southern (9/13) and against Campbell (11/15).

She had a season-best 17 kills and 16 digs in UNC Asheville's thrilling Big South Tournament quarterfinal win over USC Upstate (11/16) at the Justice Center ... Prior to UNC Asheville: Borges originally started her career at North Idaho College before transferring to Broward College in 2016 ... She missed all of the 2016 season due to a medical redshirt ...
