2024 Season (Fifth Year Senior) - In his final season as a Bulldog, Hessler broke the school record in the 8K at the Big South Conference Championships with a time of 24:06.8, and earned a runner-up finish at the championships in the process...He competed in four meets for Asheville and added a new PR in the 6K with a time of 18:08.5 at the Furman Invitational. 

2023 Season (Senior) - Hessler had another remarkable season for the Bulldogs in 2023...He won the season opener at Young Harris, as he ran a PR of 18:30.3 in the 6K...Went on to earn a second place finish at the Covered Bridge Open with a time of 24:20.9 in the 8K...Ran a new PR in the 8K at the Live in Lou XC Classic with a time of 24:19.0, the second fastest time in program history...Earned a fourth place finish at the Big South Conference Championships, earning All-Big South honors for the second year in a row...Set a new school record in the 10K with a time of 30:20.6 at the Southeast Region Championships. 

2022 Season (Junior) - Hessler had a stellar 2022 season for the Bulldogs logging four top-16 finishes...He won the Upstate Invitational with a time of 24:38.3...After that performance, Hessler was named the Big South Cross Country Runner of the Week...Hessler earned All-Big South honors for the second time in his career by placing sixth at the Big South Cross Country Championships with a time of 24:50.8...Ran for Asheville at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships where he broke the program's 10K record with a time of 30:59.4. 

Fall 2021 Season (Sophomore) -  Hessler was again one of Asheville's more consistent runners during the fall of 2021...He ran in five races for the Bulldogs that included a pair of top-20 finishes...His top outing in terms of finish was at the Upstate Invitational where he placed 10th amongst the field with a time of 26:16.3...In terms of time, Hessler's top performance was at the Louisville Classic in early October where he clocked in at 24:51.9...At the Big South Cross Country Championships, Hessler finished 17th with a time of 25:46.1...Closed out his sophomore season at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships...In the 10K race, Hessler finished 162nd with a time of 33:07.5. 

Spring 2021 Season (Freshman) - Hessler had a stellar start to his Bulldog career in the spring of 2021...The Pennsylvania native led posted the fastest time in each of the team's three races during the spring season...He made his Asheville debut at the Winthrop Adidas Invitational in late January and finished 3rd (25:44.3)...Won the Highlander Invitational in mid-Feburary with a time of 25:07.1...Closed out his freshman campaign by finishing fifth at the Big South Cross Country Championships clocking in at 24:22.9...His fifth-place finish garnered Hessler All-Big South honors.
