2010-11: Has been a tremendous find who continues to improve with each race...ran a career best of 26:44 at the Royal Cross Country Challenge...opened up his indoor season with a 4th place showing in the 800m (1:59.74) at ASU Open.
Before UNC Asheville: Attended Salisbury High School...was All-State Track & Field Performer in 2009 & 2010...was All-State Cross Country Performer in 2009...member of team state championships squad in 2009 & 2010...career bests of 1:58 (800m), 4:33 (1600m), 10:16 (3200m) & 16:30 (5k)...also played football and basketball.
