2017 (Redshirt Junior): Helped guide UNC Asheville back to the Big South Conference Baseball Championship for the first time since 2012 as the Bulldogs advanced to the semifinal round for the first time since 2007 … UNC Asheville finished second in NCAA Division I for outfield assists (18) … Appeared in 40 games, making 25 starts … Batted .207 for the year with 17 hits, including seven that went for extra bases … Was second on the team with a pair of triples … Scored 10 runs on the year and batted in six … Started the season off with a hit in each of his first three appearances … Reached base safely in his first six appearances on the year … Had a stretch of six games from April 19 to May 2 where he registered a hit … Had two multi-hit games, both on the road at Campbell … Went 2-for-4 with a run scored and a run batted in in the second game of the series with Campbell (4/22) … Both of his hits were doubles in that game … In the series finale with Campbell (4/23), went 2-for-4 with two runs scored, another double and another run batted in.
2016 (Junior):Â Received medical redshirt after appearing in two games.
2015 (Sophomore): Appeared in 28 games with 12 starts … Drove in nine runs and scored eight … Collected one triple (5/1 vs. Western Carolina) and had one home run (4/18 at Winthrop) … Primarily used as a pinch hitter, he tallied a .310 on-base percentage.
2014 (Freshman): Led the Bulldogs in hitting with .310 average … Also led team in triples with three … Had 10 multi-hit games … Posted three hits in three different games, all in a four-game span in mid-April … Barrage began with 3-of-4 performance in the second game of a three-game series vs. Coastal Carolina (4/5) as he drove in two runs … He then went 3-for-5 with three runs scored and a double vs. Davidson (4/8) … Picked up three hits and hit his only homer of the year the next night vs. Western Carolina (4/9) … Ended the year strong by getting a hit in eight of the last nine games.
Before UNC Asheville: Enjoyed a standout prep career at Roberson on a team that had seven players sign Division I scholarships as seniors … Helped lead Rams to three straight conference championships.
