2024 Season (Redshirt Freshman) - Competed in five indoor meets and six outdoor meets...Earned a third place finish at the Carolina Challenge in the mile and recorded a PR in the mile at the Big South Indoor Championships with a time of 5:20.77...Set a PR in the 3000m at the Indoor Championships with a time of 10:57.16...Kicked off outdoor season by helping the 4x800 team record a third place finish with a time of 9:30.54 and recorded a PR in the 1500 at 4:50.79 at the Charlotte 49er Classic...Won the 3000 Steeple at the UNC Asheville Bulldog Invite on April 13 with a time of 11:45.80...Recorded a PR in the 3000S at the Georgia Tech Invitational with a time of 11:33.00...Ran a PR in the Big South Outdoor Championships in the 5000 with a time of 19:00.12.
