2025 Season (Sophomore) - Ran in three indoor meets and five outdoor meets in his sophomore season...Ran the 3,000m in all three indoor meets and set a PR in the event at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational with a time of 8:38.04...In the same meet, he set a PR in the mile with a time of 4:29.32...During outdoor season, he set a PR in the 1,500m with a time of 4:11.70...At the Asheville Bulldog Invite he finished second in the 3,000m steeplechase with a time of 9:29.63...He went on to run the steeplechase at the Big South Championships and barely missed the podium as he finished fourth in a PR time of 9:29.43...Also at the outdoor championships, he ran the 5,000 in 15:08.97, a personal record.
2024 Season (Freshman) - In his Bulldog collegiate debut, Roach recorded a PR and a ninth place finish in the 1000m at the Gamecock Opener (2:43.00)...Competed in two more indoor meets with his final indoor appearance being at the Big South Indoor Championships where he competed in the 5000m and finished 12th (15:53.05)...In outdoor season, Roach competed in all six races and started the season off with a PR in the 3000m at the Charlotte 49er Classic (9:17.07)...Recorded a PR in the Montreat Open in the 1500m (4:21.98)...At the Big South Outdoor Championships, Roach represented Asheville in the 5000m and the 3000 steeplechase and PRed in both (5000m- 15:39.42 & 3000s- 9:41.49).
Prior to UNC Asheville - A two-time All-State runner and a seven-time All-Region honoree...His mother competed in cross country & track & field at Virginia Tech.
