ASHEVILLE, N.C. - UNC Asheville Baseball heads to Appalachian State on Tuesday (Mar. 31), before hosting Gardner-Webb this weekend (Apr. 2-4) in Big South Conference action.

About the Bulldogs - The Bulldogs come into the week at 14-14 overall and 2-4 in the Big South Conference after dropping two out of three at USC Upstate over the weekend. Asheville is fourth in the league and 75th in the nation in hits (264), while also being second in the league and 62nd in the nation in triples with seven. Blaize Johnson is second in the conference and 34th in the nation in doubles with 11, while Johnson is also second in the league and 51st in the nation in hits (41).
