Bulldogs Sit Second After Two Rounds of Bama Beach Bash

GULF SHORES, Ala. - The UNC Asheville women's golf team remains in second place following the second round of the Bama Beach Bash after the Bulldogs shot a 303 (+15) on Monday.
Asheville takes sole ownership of second after finishing the first round tied with UAB. The Blazers dropped to third with a second-round score of 305.
Caroline Patterson moved up five places to finish the second round in third after shooting a 71 (-1). Morgan Guepet remains tied in fourth after shooting a 73 (+1). Patterson leads the field at -1 on Par 3s, and Guepet is second, shooting an even par on Par 3 holes.
Beryl Giletti is tied for 18th after shooting a 79, Ally Kerr is in a tie for 51st after shooting an 80, and Kate Bennett is in 65th after shooting an 88.
As individuals, Jordyn Arts is tied for 29th after shooting a 77, and Savannah Thessing is in 45th after shooting an 80.
