Women's Tennis Set to Host Fourth Annual Emily McNall Classic

ASHEVILLE, N.C. - UNC Asheville Women's Tennis is set to host the fourth annual Emily McNall Classic this weekend (Sept. 14-15) at the Asheville Racquet Club Downtown. Play begins later today (Friday, Sept. 13) at 1:30 p.m. with Asheville and North Florida, with play beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday (Sept. 14) and 8:00 a.m. on Sunday (Sept. 15).

About the Bulldogs - Asheville returns seven players from last year's 2024 Big South Conference Regular Season and Tournament Championship teams, including First Team All-Conference Doubles selections Ari Siegel and Angelina Joy Hug, 2023 Freshman of the Year and Second Team All-Conference Singles selection Alexis Nyborg and All-Conference Second Team Singles selections in Hug and Louise Booker.

Tournament Field - Asheville will be taking on competition from Wofford, Presbyterian and North Florida.
