After Presbyterian broke the ice in the second minute, Asheville would turn up the pressure offensively before Brendan Herb would draw a penalty in the Presbyterian goal box in the 27th minute. In the 87th minute, a ball played forward found the feet of Edvin Grolimund, who fed the ball forward for a hard-charging Hamid. Hamid blasted the ball into the back of the net on his first touch for his second goal of the season and sixth of his Bulldog career, the second game-winner of his career. The assist was Grolimund's third of the season and sixth of his Asheville career.
