Baseball Closes Out Season with a Series at High Point

ASHEVILLE, N.C. – The UNC Asheville baseball team will close out its 2023 season with a Big South series at High Point. The series will begin on Thursday (6 p.m.) followed by games on Friday (6 p.m.) and Saturday (1 p.m.). All three games are scheduled to air on ESPN+.

Kohl Abrams has reached base successfully in 20 straight games, while Corbin Lanowitz, who tallied a career-high four hits on Tuesday vs. Queens, will bring a 10-game hitting streak with him into the High Point series.
About High Point – The Panthers enter the final series of the season with a 19-32 overall record, including a 11-12 mark in Big South play. High Point has a trio of players that have launched or more home runs this spring. The tandem of Blake Sutton and Cael Chatham led the way in the power department with 13 home runs each.
