Bulldogs to face in Stephen F. Austin in first round of College Basketball Invitational

Asheville, Jacks tip at 2:30 PM on March 19
PRINCETON, N.J. – The 2022 College basketball Invitational (CBI) 16-team field and bracket was announced Sunday evening, as UNC Asheville is set to face Stephen F. Austin on March 19 at 2:30 p.m.
The winner of that game will advance to the quarterfinal round on Monday (March 21), facing the winner of Florida Atlantic and Northern Colorado.
The first two rounds of the tournament can be streamed on FloSports, with the semifinals (March 22) and finals (March 23) being broadcast on ESPN2.
The tournament, which is in its 14th year, will be held from March 19-23 at the Daytona Beach Ocean Center in Daytona Beach, Florida. Asheville's appearance in the CBI will also be the program's first postseason appearance since 2018.
