Men’s Basketball readies for a matchup at No. 10 Arkansas on Wednesday

ASHEVILLE, N.C. – The UNC Asheville men's basketball team will close out its non-conference schedule on Wednesday with a road game at No. 10 Arkansas. Tip-off between the Bulldogs and Razorbacks is set for 9 p.m. on SEC Network.

Big South Player of the Week – Senior Drew Pember was named the Big South's Men's Basketball Player of the Week on Monday. Battle, who has scored in double figures in five straight games, set a new career-high on Saturday by scoring 21 points in Saturday's victory at ETSU. Currently, Battle ranks third on the Bulldogs in scoring averaging 10.8 points and is second in rebounding averaging 5.1 rebounds per contest.
About Arkansas – The tenth-ranked Razorbacks enter Wednesday's game sporting a 10-1 record on the season. Arkansas, whose only loss of the season came in late November vs. Creighton, has been led this season by Ricky Council IV.
