Men’s Soccer travels to Campbell on Saturday

ASHEVILLE, N.C. – The UNC Asheville men's soccer team will finish up its three-match road swing on Saturday when it visits Campbell for a Big South matchup. Kickoff between the Bulldogs and Camels is set for 8 p.m.
Last Time Out – Asheville battled Presbyterian to a 1-1 tie on Wednesday. With Wednesday's tie, the Bulldogs are now 1-7-3 overall and 0-0-2 in Big South play.
Tied Again – Wednesday's draw at PC marked the third tie of the season for the Bulldogs. The last season that Asheville had three or more draws in a season was in 2014 when it finished with a 5-9-3 record. The program record for ties in a season is four, which was set back in 2008.
Save Stat – With three more saves on Wednesday, Asheville remains atop the Big South averaging 4.64 saves per match. On a national level, the Bulldogs rank 23rd in that category.
About Campbell – The Camels are 6-2-3 overall and 2-0-1 in Big South play so far in 2022. Campbell has one of the most high-powered offenses in the country as it ranks 26th nationally in scoring offense (2.27 goals per game) and 14th in total points scored (77).
