Bulldogs to Take on Stetson in December

ASHEVILLE, N.C. – The UNC Asheville men's basketball team is set to take on Stetson inside Kimmel Arena on Dec. 17.
These two programs first met in the 1991-1992 season in DeLand, Fla. Stetson narrowly escaped with a 91-88 victory over the Bulldogs in their first ever matchup.
These two teams would not meet again until last season when the Bulldogs traveled back to DeLand, Fla. for their second all-time matchup with the Hatters. Stetson once again narrowly escaped with an 80-74 victory over the Bulldogs.
This season will be the first time these two programs have faced off on the Bulldogs home court in Kimmel Arena.
