GAME NOTES | at CHARLOTTE

CHARLOTTE
– After a two-game home stand and a 10-day Thanksgiving hiatus, UNC Asheville's men's basketball team will return to the hardwood when it travels to Charlotte for a 7 p.m. matchup, Tuesday, December 3, against the 49ers at Halton Arena.

The Bulldogs (3-2) start a second three-game road trip after winning two home contests, against Brevard and St. Andrews, by a combined score of 184-118.

The 49ers (3-3) enter the game after defeating Big South Conference member USC Upstate, 83-47, Saturday, for their third win of the season.

Charlotte holds an 11-5 edge in the all-time series, and this will be the first meeting between the in-state foes in five seasons. The last matchup delivered an overtime thriller the 49ers won on a 3-point buzzer-beater, 66-63. The Bulldogs' Andrew Rowsey led all scorers with 27, while Jaleel Roberts tied the UNC Asheville record with 10 blocks.

Tuesday's action will be available streaming on CUSA.tv and Charlotte49ers.tv HERE. Brian Hall and UNC Asheville hall-of-famer Mike Gore will have the radio call on News Radio 570 AM or streaming HERE. Fans will also be able to follow along via live stats HERE.
