David Robertson named BCBSNC Athlete of the Week

Sophomore men's basketball player David Robertson is this week's Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina Athlete of the Week at UNC Asheville.
Each week the school selects a BCBSNC Athlete of the Week upon their performance from the previous week's action.
David scored a game-high 20 points in Asheville's 71-54 victory over Liberty last Thursday night. The win allowed the Bulldogs to stay unbeaten in Big South Conference play at 3-0.
The sophomore guard went 6-of-12 from the field, 4-of-8 from beyond the arc and 4-of-5 from the free throw line. He also had three rebounds and one steal in the win.
Robertson and the Bulldogs play next Wednesday night when they host Big South rival Winthrop at Kimmel Arena at 7 p.m.
