Lane Plays for East Squad in All-Star Game Monday Night

GREENSBORO, N.C. – UNC Asheville men's basketball signee Jaron Lane played for the East squad in the annual East-West All-Star game Monday night that was played at the Greensboro Coliseum.

 

Lane, who enjoyed a great prep career at D.H. Conley, was tied for the team lead in scoring for the East squad with 16 points. The West squad won the game 124-92.

 

Lane led Conley to a 25-3 record last season and was named Conference, County and District Player of the Year. The 6-4 guard averaged 22 points, nine rebounds and four assists per game for Conley.
