Before UNC Asheville: Metro-Atlanta Area 6 AAAA Player of the Year and team captain for St. Pius X...All Area honors in 2006 and 2007...All-State honorable mention in 2006 and 2007...National Honor Society member...helped lead the Tsunami Volley Club team to its first Nationals appearance in club history...also ran track in high school...cousin is Rennie Curran, sophomore linebacker at Georgia.
