Nathan Watt joined the UNC Asheville Women's Soccer Staff in July 2025.Â
Watt also works with the local Highland Football Club as the Boys Assistant Director, coaching teams from U-10 all the way up to U-19. Prior to joining the staff at HFC, he was an assistant for Asheville City Soccer Club from 2018-22. He also played three years for Asheville City. He was also the Director of Coaching with the Asheville Shield from 2018-22.Â
Originally from England, Watt played at Division II Lees-McRae as a four-year starter. As a senior, he led the nation in assists per game.Â
Watt graduated from Lees-McRae in 2017.Â
