2008-09: Ran a 5:09 in the 1500 at Charlotte 49er Classic (3/21/09)
2006-07: Made finals in 800 meters as a freshman with a time of 2:21 at Big South Indoor Meet
Before UNC Asheville: Lettered for four years in both cross country and track and field at Myers Park HS in Charlotte...part of 4x800 relay team that won state championship as a senior...competed in the 800, 1600, 3200, 4x400 and 4x800 in high school
