2010 Indoor Season: Posted his season best 60 meter dash time of 7.10 at the Niswonger Invitational (Jan. 23)...finished 10th in the 55 meter dash with a season best of 6.66 at the Appalachian Open (Jan. 15).

Before UNC Asheville: Transferred from Western Carolina but did not compete...spent his first couple of years after high school competing unattached around the collegiate scene...prior to Asheville he owned personal bests of 6.4 (55m), 7.07 (60m), 10.88 (100m) and 22.40 (200m)...competed locally at T.C. Roberson under the direction of Steve Carpenter...earned 3-A Mountain Athletic All-Conference honors as a senior...named Honorable Mention All-Western North Carolina by Asheville Citizen-Times...career best finish came at the First Annual WNC Polar Bear Indoor Invitational as he finished first in the 55-meter dash with a time of 6.4 seconds which qualified him for the state meet as a senior...during his career at Roberson, he helped the Rams program win a conference and regional championship plus a runner-up at the 3-A state championship meet...three year letterman in track and field...also lettered in soccer.
