Coach's take: "Daniel's game has matured a great deal in the past two years. He has primarily occupied the No. 1 spot for us, and is certainly one of the strongest players in our conference." 

 

2015: 11 singles wins was tied for the most on the team ... finished the season 11-7 in singles, including a 4-3 record in conference ... tallied a 9-7 mark when competing on the top court ... defeated Brenard of No. 73 East Carolina 6-0, 7-6 on the No. 2 court ... recorded a four-match win streak between March 27 - April 9, defeating opponents from Liberty, Coastal Carolina, Presbyterian, and Gardner-Webb ... posted a perfect 6-0 record in three-set matches ... finished the season with a 10-3 doubles record including 5-2 in conference play ... tallied a 9-3 mark when paired with Josh Swindler ... finished 8-3 when competing on court three ... ended the season on a seven-match winning streak

 

2014: Played a large role for the Bulldogs, competing in the #1 flight in singles and finishing with a 10-9 overall record...finished 4-4 in league play with wins against Longwood, Campbell, Winthrop and Gardner-Webb...finished with a 10-12 mark in doubles playing in the #1, #2 and #3 flights...finished 4-6 in doubles competition in Big South Conference play with wins over Longwood (x2), Winthrop and Garner-Webb.

 

2013: Enjoyed outstanding rookie year for the Bulldogs and was in the starting line-up for both singles and doubles…posted a 13-6 singles record playing primarily at #3 flight…went 5-3 in league action…finished with 9-6 mark at #3 and went 1-0 at #1 flight and 3-0 at #2 flight…won nine of his last 12 singles matches…went 2-2 in three-set matches…won three-set matches against Appalachian State and Liberty…earned league wins over Campbell, Winthrop and Gardner-Webb…teamed up with John Schubel at #2 doubles…went 6-8 in doubles with 4-4 mark in Big South Conference matches…picked up key wins vs. Radford, at Presbyterian College and Winthrop.
