Ian Bailey comes to Asheville as one of the area's top prospects. The Weaverville, N.C., native attends Asheville Christian Academy and is a 6-4 point guard. His junior year, Bailey was named first-team All-WNC and was a NCISAA 3A All-State selection after averaging 19.3 points, 4.5 rebounds, 3.9 assists, and 3.1 steals per game. In the fall of 2025, Bailey earned the NC Top 80 MVP honor announced by Phenom Hoops. Entering his senior season, he was ranked No. 15 in the state by Phenon Hoops.
