2021 Season (Senior) - Wincheski closed out her collegiate cross country career on a high note in 2021...She began the season by posting a time of 17:41.4 at the Covered Bride Open...That performance earned Wincheski her fourth Big South Cross Country Runner of the Week award, which is the most of any runner in program history...Not to be outdone, Wincheski followed that up by breaking the school's 5K record with a time of 17:36.1 at the Fire Tower Open...Finished fifth in three straight 5K races, including at the 2021 Big South Cross Country Championships...By placing fifth at the conference race, Wincheski closed her Bulldog career as a three-time All-Big South runner...Wincheski finished up her career as a Bulldog at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships where she placed 83rd in the field with a time of 22:09.0 in the 6K race.
Spring 2021 Season (Junior) - Wincheski competed in three cross country races for Asheville during the spring of 2021...Placed a season-best fourth at the Highlander Invitational in mid-February with a time of 18:28.3...Closed out her junior campaign by finishing eighth at the Big South Cross Country Championships with a time of 18:05.6...It marked the second time in Wincheski's career she has been an All-Big South runner.
2019 Season (Sophomore) - During her sophomore season, Wincheski ran in a pair of cross country races for Asheville...Placed 39th at the Covered Bridge Cross Country Open with a time of 20:05.7...Finished second at the Montreat-UNCA Dual race in mid-September with a time of 18:38.0.
2018 Season (Freshman) - As a freshman, Wincheski made quite the impact for the Bulldogs...The Williamsburg, Virginia native logged four top-10 finishes as a freshman...She made her collegiate debut at the Covered Bridge Cross Country Open Meet and placed seventh...Wincheski went on to win the UNCA Cross Country Invitational with a time of 18:21.2...Closed out the regular season by finishing fifth at the Big South Cross Country Championships leading to All-Big South honors...Also ran for the Bulldogs at the NCAA Division I Southeast Region Championships and ran a time of 21:09.7 in the 6K race...In addition to her high finishes, Wincheski was awarded the Big South's Runner of the Week on three occasions (Sept. 5, Sept. 26, Oct. 17) as a freshman.
Before UNC Asheville: Earned 12 letters in cross country and track and field in high school ... Also played field hockey.
