2024 Season (Sophomore) - Appeared in 18 games out of the bullpen in 2024...Tossed 21 innings allowing 20 hits with 14 strikeouts...Fired a season-high three innings against Queens (N.C.) on Mar. 5, while posting a season-high three strikeouts against ETSU on Apr. 2. 

2023 Season (Freshman) - Melton appeared in four games as a freshman in 2023...He pitched four innings on the season...Made his collegiate baseball debut on February 25 at Eastern Kentucky...Also appeared in games vs. ETSU on March 21, vs. Western Carolina on April 11, and at Appalachian State on April 18. 

Prior to UNC Asheville - Was an All-Conference player in high school...Melton was also his Conference's Player of the Year...Selected to the 2A High School All-State Team.
