Overview: One of the best defenders in the Big South Conference...battled back from injury in 2004 that caused her to miss the whole season but has bounced back to have superb 2005 and 2006 seasons...excellent student who has made the Athletic Director's 3.0 & Above Club six times.
2006: Enjoyed an excellent junior season as she helped lead the Bulldogs to Big South Conference championship and trip to NCAA Tournament...member of Big South All-Tournament team...started all 20 matches...part of a defense that allowed just four goals in eight league matches and one goal in three matches at the Big South Conference Tournament.
2005: Solid defender who helped spark UNC Asheville to 2005 Big South regular-season title...one of only three players to start and play in all 19 games...scored goal against Campbell in 4-1 victory...fired three shots on the year.
2004: Missed year due to surgery, received medical red-shirt.
2003: One of three freshmen that started for the Bulldogs...named to Big South All-Conference Tournament Team...played in 17 games, starting 16...scored lone goal of the season in 2-1 win over East Tennessee State...notched an assist against UNC Wilmington...took 10 shots averaging 0.59 shots per game...mainstay in the midfield.
Before UNC Asheville: MVP of Druid Hills HS sophomore, junior and senior years...earned second team all-county honors as a freshman and sophomore and first team as a junior and senior...named student-athlete of the month for 3-A high schools in Georgia for the month of March last spring...helped lead Druid Hills to 3-A regional championship senior year...selected for Georgia Senior All-Star game...captain of club team for 2001 and 2002 season and captain of high school team junior and senior seasons.
