Women's Swimming and Diving Completes Annual Intrasquad Alumni Meet

ASHEVILLE, N.C. - UNC Asheville Women's Swimming and Diving completed its annual intrasquad alumni meet this weekend (Sept. 19-20), with the White team edging the Blue team in the final event of the day.

This was the closest intrasquad for the program to date. The meet was tied 43-43 headed to the final relay, with the White team securing the win in the event for the dramatic finish.

"It's been a fantastic weekend celebrating our alums and watching our team compete," said head coach Elizabeth Lykins. "It was great to have such support on both days for diving and swimming!"

The Bulldogs return to the water next Saturday (Sept. 27) as the divers head to Davidson. The action begins at 12:00 p.m.
