Three Bulldogs Named to Big South Conference Midseason Watch List

FULL BIG SOUTH CONFERENCE RELEASE
 
CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Three UNC Asheville Women's Soccer Players have been named to the Big South Conference Midseason Watch List, announced by the league today (Thursday, Sept. 18).
 
Freshman forward Lilly Graumann, sophomore defender Campbell Stoll and senior goalkeeper Gracie Murray were all named to the list representing Asheville.
 
Graumann has appeared in all nine matches so far this season, making eight starts. She leads the team and is tied for fourth in the league in goals with three, with all three of her goals being game-winners. She was named Big South Conference Freshman of the Week on Sept. 1.
 
She is a native of Baiersbronn, Germany, and is a business major.
 
Stoll has played and started in all nine matches so far this season on the back line, scoring one goal and leading the league in assists with four.
 
She is a native of Marietta, Ga., and is a biology major.   
 
Murray has appeared in seven matches this season, making seven starts between the pipes. She is currently second in the league in goals against average (1.00), third in saves (35) and leading the league in save percentage (.833). She has one shutout so far on the season, and was named Big South Conference Defensive Player of the Week on Aug. 18.
 
She is a native of Jacksonville, N.C., and is an environmental studies major.
 
The Bulldogs (4-4-1) return to action on Saturday (Sept. 20) to open Big South Conference play against Charleston Southern. Kickoff is set for 2:00 p.m. from Greenwood Field, with video and live stats available at www.uncabulldogs.com.
