The Bulldogs held a slight edge in points in the paint (40–38) and second-chance points (12–9), but High Point's shooting efficiency and 20 bench points proved to be the difference. Asheville finished with a 44.6% field goal percentage (25-for-56), while High Point shot 61.7% (29-of-47). The Panthers connected on 10 3-pointers to finish 10-of-19 from 3-point range (52.6%) while Asheville went 4-of-16 from distance.
