Baseball Welcomes Appalachian State to Greenwood Field on Tuesday

ASHEVILLE, N.C. – The UNC Asheville baseball team will wrap up a four-game home stand on Tuesday with a non-conference matchup against Appalachian State at Greenwood Field. First pitch between the Bulldogs and Mountaineers is set for 5 p.m. on ESPN+.

Last Time Out – Asheville won its second straight Big South series on Sunday by knocking off Presbyterian by a score of 10-6. With Sunday's win, the Bulldogs improved to 17-10 overall and 4-5 in Big South play.
Burnett on Base – Robbie Burnett has been one of Asheville's top hitters this spring. Burnett, who is leading Asheville with a .381 batting average and seven home runs this spring, has reached base successfully in 22 straight games.
